Bison is the 2024 British Breeding Futurity Champion across all disciplines and age groups making him the best young horse in the country from foals to 4 year olds. He impressed the judges in all aspects of the inspection gaining ‘Elite’ status and an overall score of 9.35 including a 9.5 for his canter and a 9.75 from the vet. In addition to his near perfect conformation and movement, Bison is a combination of generations of outstanding bloodlines that have continually produced world class performance horses.

He is sired by the world renowned Numero Uno who, after having a successful showjumping career himself, has proven to be one of the leading sires in the world. He has sired endless 1.60m showjumpers as well as 5* Eventers, Grand Prix dressage horses and six approved KWPN stallions. Numero Uno’s offspring have earnt more than €10 million in prize money to date. Additionally, Numero Uno descends a famous Holstein mare line, registered under number 429.

His dam Milton Mojito is sired by the famous Argento, the top ride of John Whitaker who was crowned the best showjumping horse in the world in 2015, topping the WBFSH rankings. Buck’s granddam dam, Uralinde J.J, is by the legendary Metall who competed successfully up to Prix St. George and has produced several Grand Prix horses and licensed sons. Most notably, Carl Hester’s Uthopia. Milton Mojito’s dam line is littered with both 1.60m show jumpers and Grand Prix dressage horses making her an incredibly exciting and special broodmare.

Bison is full brother to our 2022 Gold Premium graded gelding Hope House Bucks Fizz who was ranked the 13th Best Showjumping Youngstock in the UK from foals to 4 year olds in 2022.
